This is an exciting opportunity for a full time, experienced retail professional to join the Swanndri team as Store Manager in our Dunedin CBD store.

100% New Zealand owned, Swanndri has a unique position in the outdoors lifestyle clothing market with a foundation built on its 112-year authentic heritage, being one of New Zealand's most recognised brands.

At Swanndri we pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer experiences and high-quality products. We're looking for a Retail Manager who's ready to lead, inspire, and make a real impact in our store.

What You'll Do:

· Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales targets.

· Deliver exceptional customer service every day.

· Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs to drive business performance

· Manage store operations, inventory, and merchandising.

· Create a fun and energetic environment for both customers and staff.

What You Bring:

· At least 2 years previous retail management experience.

· At least 2 years people management experience.

· A passion for driving sales and developing teams.

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
