He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role

The role will manage tenancies within our Transitional Housing programme, where the Tenancy Manager works in in collaboration with our housing navigation teams to achieve the goal of long term, sustainable housing for whānau.

The role involves carrying out property inspections, managing all lease documentation, managing tenant financial contributions, managing turnover and working in partnership with other team members and peers to achieve the desired results, all while upholding and promoting the Emerge Aotearoa's health and safety and well-being policies.

This is a permanent full-time role (Monday to Friday) based in Henderson, West Auckland.

The salary for this role ranges from $76,240.85 to $85,990.20 per year, depending on the applicant's qualifications and experience.

He kōrero mōu | About You

• 2+ years tenancy management experience within New Zealand (essential)
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
• Experience in social housing or property management (desirable)
• NZ Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4) (preferred)
• Hold a full New Zealand Driver Licence and valid working rights
