Aotearoa Labour Hire are looking for skilled and reliable Class 4 Drivers to join our clients' roading and paving crews across the Wellington region. These are nightshift positions working with experienced civil teams who take pride in what they do.

If you're confident behind the wheel of a Class 4 with a Road Ranger gearbox, take pride in keeping your truck tidy, and can handle the pace of road construction work, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Class 4 vehicles (manual/Road Ranger)
  • Assist with paving and roading operations during nightshifts
  • Carry out daily pre-start checks and maintain vehicle housekeeping
  • Keep vehicles clean, organised, and road-ready
  • Complete daily paperwork accurately and on time
  • Work efficiently across Wellington roads and sites

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience operating Class 4 vehicles
  • Confident with Road Ranger/manual transmissions
  • Previous roading or paving experience preferred
  • Strong reliability, communication, and teamwork
  • Clean Class 4 licence and ability to pass a drug and MOJ check
