Royal District Nursing Services (RDNS NZ) is looking for dedicated caregivers for weekend shifts to join our team. We are a not-for-profit organization providing Home and Community-based Nursing Services across New Zealand. We're expanding our wings in beautiful Northland and are excited to welcome new team members to start with us on a casual basis - a flexible opportunity to grow with us as we build lasting support in the community.
About the role:
- Responsibilities: Provide personal care, household cleaning, wellness checks, medication prompting & meal preparation.
- Work location: Whangarei
- Shift available weekend 7 am to 7 pm and weekdays 5 pm to 9.30 pm.
What we offer:
- Comprehensive orientation and training.
- Uniforms, personal protective equipment, and a mobile phone with live roster and communication tools.
- Daily support from our customer service team, available from 7am to 7pm to assist with any needs or inquiries.

- Reliability, honesty, and high integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Valuing diversity and inclusion.
- Minimum Restricted Driver's License & your own vehicle is essential.
