We're partnering with a highly respected, internationally listed organisation to recruit a proactive and commercially minded Commercial Manager. This is a critical role working closely with the Operations Manager and CFO as well as wider business to ensure smooth operational processes and strong commercial outcomes.

You'll collaborate with international partners across Australia, Germany and Singapore, supporting financial performance, driving efficiencies, and ensuring the business is equipped with the insights it needs to make confident decisions.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and brings a hands-on, solutions-focused approach. Budgets, forecasting and commercial analysis will be a key part of your world, along with ensuring the business is operating effectively day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Operations Manager to optimise operational processes and support commercial decision-making
  • Lead the budgeting process and ensure accuracy across forecasts and financial performance
  • Build strong relationships with international partners in Australia, Germany and Singapore
  • Drive continuous improvement across operational and commercial workflows
  • Manage and develop a team of four, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
  • Ensure deadlines are met within a fast-moving, complex environment

About You:

  • Proactive, solutions-driven and comfortable taking initiative
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Confident operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven organisation
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse international stakeholders
  • Experience managing and mentoring a small team
