Are you a dynamic organiser with a passion for education and community engagement? Huanui College is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to lead our Operations and Admissions functions. This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of our academic logistics and provides a welcoming gateway for new students and families.

About the Role

As the Operations and Admissions Lead, you'll be at the heart of our academic support systems, streamlining logistics, coordinating events, and managing the admissions journey for students. Your work will support educators to focus on teaching while you ensure everything else runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Logistics:  there's so much that goes on behind the scenes to support teaching staff and ensure that classroom activities run smoothly
  • Calendar & Event Coordination:  Have you even wondered how all those school events happen without clashing?  It's a pretty big white board and that requires a lot of communication and organisation
  • Admissions:  This role is the face of the College, interacting with the community ensuring that everyone's experience of and interaction with the College is a positive one.
  • Relief Management:  We value the wellbeing of our staff and students so when a teacher is unwell, we like them to take the time they need to get better.  Ensuring we have a good team of relief teachers and coordinating their work at the College is an integral part of the operational management of the school
