About the Role

We are seeking a Network Integration Manager to join our Supply Chain team. Reporting to the National Transport Manager, this role is critical in ensuring our distribution network operates smoothly and efficiently every day—always prioritising food safety and people safety.

You will manage day-to-day relationships with linehaul and ferry providers, oversee transport schedules, and lead our Inventory team to ensure timely and accurate stock transfers across our nationwide network. This role is about optimising performance and driving best practice, ensuring transport schedules and capacity plans are executed flawlessly—even during peak periods and maintenance windows.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong contractor and stakeholder management skills, and enjoy solving complex supply chain challenges, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure seamless network operations, managing transport schedules and capacity plans for both North and South Islands.
  • Lead two direct reports within the Inventory team, ensuring accurate Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) and daily truck capacity plans are communicated and executed.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with linehaul and ferry providers, ensuring compliance with safety, food quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Champion Health, Safety, and Chain of Responsibility, embedding these principles across all activities and contracts for interactions.
  • Monitor and optimise inventory processes, including stocktake, scrapping, and variance investigations, to maintain accuracy and reduce waste.
  • Drive continuous improvement, supporting network optimisation projects and process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Leverage systems expertise, ensuring SAP and other digital tools are used effectively to support 24/7 operations.

About You

You will live and breathe our values (SAFE, COURAGEOUS, TRUSTING, COLLABORATIVE) and thrive in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.

To succeed, you will bring:

  • Experience in transport, supply chain, or warehouse operations (FMCG experience desirable).
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and maintain strong relationships across a large network of providers.
  • Strong understanding of HSE and food safety principles, with a leadership approach that prioritises safety and quality every day.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability, with experience in process improvement and change management.
  • Advanced skills in SAP and Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn and leverage new digital tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Formal qualifications in Supply Chain or related fields desirable.

What We Offer

  • A key role in optimising a complex national network.
  • Values-driven culture.
  • Short-term incentive.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Caring Everyday community programme – paid volunteer days.
  • Flexible working and parental leave support.
  • Free bread and bakery products.
