Ngā haepapa matua | Key responsibilities

  • Analyse data and deliver actionable insights
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards on KPIs and service quality
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through data
  • Manage data projects end-to-end
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support data-driven decisions

Mōu ake | About you

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years' experience in a data analyst role (or similar)
  • Experience in a health and/or contact centre environment is advantageous
  • Skilled in SQL and data visualisation tools (Tableau or Power BI)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate data clearly and effectively
  • Bonus: Familiarity with SFN (Signals from Noise) and statistical tools like SAS or R
