As we take an exciting step forward and open our own shop in central Te Anau, we are looking for team members to join our team. The Reservations & Logistics Consultant and Customer Host are new positions and will be key to supporting the continued growth and success of Fiordland Tours.

We have two roles available

Part-Time to Full Time Role : Reservations & Sales

Key tasks:

  • Processing enquiries & bookings via phone and email
  • Creating daily manifests for pickups & ensuring all tours are ready to go for the next day
  • Liaising with key suppliers and agents
  • Offering add ons & upselling customers to other tours & experiences
  • Delivering a premium customer service experience

The ideal addition for Fiordland Tours is someone who has:

  • Worked within the tourism industry
  • By nature works hard and gives it their all
  • Is positive in nature
  • Well-organised with attention to detail
  • Able to think on their feet and solve logistical challenges
  • Understands we are all in sales
  • Wants to succeed
  • Knowledge of Rezdy or similar booking systems is advantageous but not essential
  • Has experience in an administration or customer experience role.

Part-Time Role : Hosting Business Class Tour Morning Tea

  • Coverage of approximated 2hrs daily, mid morning 7
  • Business Class quality Venue Preparation & Cleaning
  • Food & Beverage Preparation & Presentation
  • Hosting & Service of Guests
  • Pack Down, Cleaning & Resupply
