We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our locally owned and operated clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in HR administration to grow their career in a dynamic, fast-paced industry that offers long-term development and progression.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the P&C Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process — from drafting job ads and coordinating interviews to managing offers and onboarding. You'll ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike, while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance throughout. Alongside recruitment, you'll support general HR administration including employee records, reporting, health and safety coordination, and providing backup payroll support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with recruitment while building broader HR expertise.
ABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and a professional, approachable manner. You'll be highly organised, efficient, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. A collaborative mindset, discretion, and a commitment to delivering timely, high-quality work are essential. You'll thrive in a busy environment and enjoy being a go-to person for HR support.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years' experience in HR administration or a related role, with relevant qualifications or practical knowledge.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and documentation requirements.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Confident using HR/payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build positive working relationships across all levels.
- Familiarity with recruitment coordination and onboarding processes is a plus.
