Excavat is a well-established and local Taranaki Civil Construction company based in Taranaki. They cover everything in the civil industry such as ground/earth works, drainage, site preps, effluent systems and roading in Taranaki and Whanganui. They have the reputation of taking on challenging projects and they genuinely partner with their clients on all of their earthmoving needs and are known for their reliable service, exceptional quality, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

They are now looking for an Experienced Drain Layer to join their elite team in this full-time permanent role of around 50 hours per week Monday to Friday.

To be suitable for this this role you will have:

• A current certifying drainlayer practising licence
• Proven civil construction experience
• Hard-working attitude
• Strong time-management skills
• Have a clear understanding of civil construction drawings, processes, and techniques.
• Clean, full license
• Strong health and safety awareness
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

This role is best suited to someone who has a can-do attitude and a strong background in civil construction is required. You must have the ability to adhere to company values, procedures and Health and Safety requirements while also ensuring great customer service and respect.
