Join our System Performance and Innovation (SPI) team and play a key role in supporting national work programmes that shape the health sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships across diverse stakeholders. You'll be at the heart of operational delivery, ensuring processes run smoothly and projects are delivered to a high standard.

Ko tou ake mahi - What you'll do

  • Support project delivery - Assist with planning and implementation using standard project methodologies.
  • Manage coordination tasks - Maintain project plans, schedules, risks, budgets, and respond to information requests on behalf of the SPI Manager and team.
  • Organise and facilitate meetings - Prepare papers, take minutes, and engage with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support - From document distribution and reporting to travel arrangements and procurement assistance.
  • Build strong relationships - Collaborate across the Agency, Ministry, health sector, government, and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

  • Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Confidence using digital tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A collaborative spirit and a commitment to continuous improvement
