We are looking for a
Technology Coordinator
who prides themselves on being highly organised with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines. You will provide quality service to all customers, especially in assisting our People with their technology software, procurement and asset management along with facilitation of the managed services contract renewals process.

As The Technology Coordinator, Key Tasks Include

  • Software Asset Management and Licensing

  • Assist in software procurement, provisioning, and deprovisioning of software licenses across portals, Active Directory (AD) groups, and asset management tools

  • Ensure compliance and optimisation of software assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Software reporting

  • Commercial Contract & Renewal Management

  • Assist with the contract renewals process ensuring renewal timelines avoid lapses in service or compliance

  • Applied working knowledge of service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and notification periods to support contract governance

  • Procurement & Financial Coordination

  • Support Senior Coordinators in creating and managing purchase orders.

  • Manage invoicing, receipting, and resolution of procurement-related issues

Essential
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • Software asset governance and/or software fulfiller experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow, and/or software asset management tools
  • Facilitation of contract management process or contract renewals
  • Experience in Oracle in particular raising purchase orders, invoicing and receipting
  • Owners Mindset - ability to demonstrate skills and behaviours with a sense of accountability, initiative, and long-term thinking

Desirable

  • Education & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or Finance

  • 3+ years in a technology coordination role supporting senior leaders and teams

  • Technical Proficiency

  • Skilled in Jira for workflow tracking and issue resolution

  • High level of computer literacy in suite of MS tools and applications (especially excel)

  • Attention to Detail & Decision-Making

  • Maintains high accuracy across procurement, licensing, and contract processes

  • Exercises sound judgement and initiative in fast-paced environments

  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative and partnership-driven approach

  • Trusted to handle sensitive tasks with discretion and professionalism
