This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fun, supportive, and ambitious team where your ideas and energy will be valued.
About you

• Sales expertise: You excel at identifying and qualifying high-potential opportunities, using a consultative approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. You manage the full sales cycle and consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets.
• Relationship building and networking: You are a natural connector, skilled at building trust and credibility with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Your professional network is a source of new business, and you proactively engage decision-makers and influencers to expand our market presence.
• Sales process management: You lead the end-to-end sales process with discipline and agility, utilising systems to manage the sales cycle and ensure data integrity and pipeline health.
• Client service and retention: You deliver exceptional service throughout the client journey, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. You seek feedback, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to add value through upselling and cross-selling.
• Commercial acumen: You are confident in commercial negotiations, securing contracts that optimise revenue and margin while ensuring clarity and compliance. You draft precise Statements of Work and oversee project reviews to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Exceptional communication skills: You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to craft compelling proposals and influence stakeholders.
• People management: You are an inspiring leader who manages delivery teams with empathy and accountability. You provide clear direction, set expectations, and ensure everyone understands their role in achieving project outcomes.
