About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our team, working as a Clinical Nurse Specialist Research. You will work within our research team at HNZ Te Whatu Ora, Lakes leading the delivery of studies that will affect the future of the care provided to patients within Health New Zealand. Additionally, you will work closely with the Principal Investigator/s to ensure compliance with Clinical Research Practice Standards and Trial specific processes. The position reports to the District Chief Nurse.

About you

The successful applicant will need:

  • Registered with Nursing Council New Zealand
  • Current Annual Practising Certificate
  • 5 years post graduate clinical experience
  • Experience in Microsoft office suite
  • Ability to use varied IT systems to ensure quality of data use
  • Research experience is highly desirable but not essential
  • There is an expectation that you will have completed appropriate post grad study and/or working towards Masters
