About the Role

We're looking for a Graphic & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team based in either Wiri, Auckland or Thames.

You'll be responsible for creating high-quality, brand-aligned visual content across various platforms, supporting both digital and print marketing efforts.

Key duties include:

  • Designing marketing materials, web pages, packaging, and digital assets, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Contributing to SEO and Pay per click strategies, supporting multimedia content creation, and collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver projects on time.
  • Supporting digital marketing initiatives through the creation of social media content, web and email assets, campaign reporting, and continuous optimisation of digital campaigns across platforms.

About You

We're looking for a multidisciplinary creative who blends strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of digital marketing. You'll be confident designing across print and digital formats, understand how design supports engagement and conversion, and contribute to campaign planning and execution.

You're a proactive, collaborative team player who can manage multiple projects and communicate effectively across departments. Your X factor is your ability to think commercially, seeing design not just as visual output, but as a strategic tool to drive business outcomes and connect with target audiences.

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of print and digital design work.

You'll need:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience in Figma or similar UI/UX tools; skills in 2D or 3D rendering are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • To demonstrate professionalism, initiative, accountability, and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the business while maintaining composure under pressure

Video editing and motion graphics skills and / or knowledge of web design principles and content management systems is desirable, but not essential.
