Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and versatile Class 2 Driver (Manual) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a Class 2 manual vehicle to transport material to construction sites. Additionally, you will assist with labour duties as needed, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a Class 2 manual vehicle for transporting goods to various locations.

  • Load and unload deliveries, ensuring that items are properly secured for transport.

  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

  • Assist with labour tasks on-site, including general construction, maintenance, or other physical tasks as directed by the supervisor.

  • Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full, clean Class 2 manual driver's license.

  • Proven experience driving Class 2 vehicles (manual).

  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks throughout the day.

  • Good understanding of road safety rules and regulations.

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

  • Previous experience in construction or general labour work is an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
