Who We're Looking For

As a Luge Cart Maintainer and General Grounds Maintenance team member, you'll work alongside our small, dedicated teams to ensure our luge carts are kept in top condition and our grounds are maintained to a high standard. This hands-on role offers plenty of variety, combining mechanical maintenance with general site upkeep - ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, teamwork, and taking pride in a job well done.

We have both permanent and fixed-term roles available. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work unsupervised, and bring a positive, "can-do" attitude to every task.

The perfect candidate will be

  • Physically fit and comfortable performing manual labour in outdoor conditions.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident using hand tools and small machinery with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include

  • Supporting the upkeep and presentation of Skyline's grounds, tracks, and facilities through general maintenance, gardening and landscaping.
  • Carrying out routine and preventative maintenance on luge carts, lifts, conveyors, and associated equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Assisting with mechanical repairs and other hands-on tasks as required to support the wider maintenance team.
