Dispatch Store person/ Truck Assistant - ALEXANDRA

Big Save Furniture is New Zealand's largest furniture retailer, proudly Kiwi-owned and operating for almost 50 years. Our nationwide logistics network has grown with us – and right now, we're looking for a reliable and energetic Dispatch Store person/ Truck Assistant to join our Alexandra team.

In this hands-on role, you'll be assembling, arranging, loading, and unloading product to help deliver outstanding service to our customers.

  • 30-40 hours per week - Working Saturdays Every Saturday with Sunday and Monday off
  • Permanent ideally however we are flexible if you're a student looks for a summer role.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading trucks, cars, and trailers
  • Delivering great Service to our excited customers with a smile
  • Accurately picking orders and completing documentation
  • Following all Health & Safety policies
  • Maintaining a clean, organized workspace
About You:
  • You're physically fit and able to lift heavy items – strong back a must
  • You're reliable, organized, and a team player
  • You can provide solid references
  • A bonus if you think you could sell furniture and whiteware as well You could hybrid this role to full time if you sell on the showroom floor too Ask about this option.

This is a permanent Full -time role – Working Saturdays
