This role is split as 2 days Night fill shifts(Tuesday and Thursday) and Availability 2IC (Friday and Saturday)

The Availability 2IC assists with presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers. There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership.

In this role, you will work closely with the Availability Manager by being responsible for stock availability, the execution of the Managers Trading Plan, and the Fill Teams. This role works evenings.

Rate: $22.70 Night Fill and $26.73 for 2IC

**Hours of work are**:

- Tuesday 1.30pm - 9pm Night Fill
- Thursday 1.30pm - 9pm Night Fill
- Friday 12.30pm - 9pm 2IC
- Saturday 12.30pm - 9pm 2IC

**Qualifications**
- Drive and urgency
- The ability to interpret and execute plans
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership experience or attributes
