We're looking for a reliable Store Person and Warehousing Assistant to join a well-established team in Dunedin. You'll be responsible for the safe handling, storage, and distribution of chemicals used in daily operations. This is a key role that supports both production and compliance on site. This role would be ideal for an experienced Warehouse Assistant or Forklift Driver to join a high performing team.

About the Role

You'll play a key part in the day-to-day operation of our warehouse and production areas. Responsibilities include:

  • Operating a forklift to move and load materials and products
  • Receiving and dispatching goods
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory control
  • Assisting with general warehouse and production tasks
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
What We're Looking For
  • Current Forklift Licence (F Endorsement preferred)
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks

About you:

You're a motivated self-starter who takes pride in doing things properly the first time. You work well in a team, but don't need someone looking over your shoulder to stay on task. Physically fit and not afraid to roll your sleeves up, you've got a solid understanding of health and safety and a sharp eye for detail. Ideally, you've worked with hazardous substances or in a manufacturing or warehousing environment before. A current chemical handling cert or forklift licence would be a bonus - but if you're the right fit the team help you get there.
