In this brand-new position, you will play a key role in growing our card partner network. You'll focus on acquiring sustainable partnerships across four exciting portfolios, ensuring our shareholders gain access to valuable benefits while delivering strong commercial outcomes for the co-operative. This role is all about creating win-win relationships, driving engagement and supporting the success of our partnership programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partnership acquisition plans in collaboration with partners and senior team members.

  • Actively source and onboard new card partners, ensuring campaigns are well-planned and executed.

  • Provide regular reporting on new partnership status, launch campaign opportunities, business trends and potential risks.

This is an eight-month fixed-term role.

  • You are a senior salesperson from a B2B environment with significant business development experience.

  • As an effective communicator and presenter, you will be comfortable presenting at a senior management level.

  • Commercially savvy, with experience in negotiation, analysing details and designing sales strategies.

  • Capable of working independently.

  • Exposure to a card or loyalty business environment and/or knowledge of the rural sector would be advantageous.
