This is your chance to step into a high-profile role where you will influence two of the Government's most significant social priorities: improving social engagement/participation and strengthening wellbeing and protection systems. You will lead complex policy and regulatory projects, contribute expert, Cabinet-level advice, and see your work translate into meaningful, purpose-driven change. This role offers unparalleled exposure to senior leaders and Ministers.

  • Strong policy development experience within central government, ideally including a background in regulatory or legislative policy.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-agency collaboration and manage complex policy projects end-to-end.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic, and communication skills to produce high-quality advice for Ministers and senior leaders.
