We're on the lookout for a 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳 / 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳 who's ready to take real ownership in a busy, growing kitchen.
𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿:
• Someone with solid, hands-on experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Confident producing a daily café menu as well as fresh cabinet food.
• Comfortable following catering specs and delivering consistent results.
• Baking experience is essential — you'll be rolling out plenty of bagels and other baked goods.
• Organised, efficient, and confident working independently.
• Strong understanding of food safety and FCP.
• Happy to pitch in wherever needed and work as part of a small, flexible team.
• Bonus if you can make a decent coffee and know your way around a POS.
