The role

Start 2026 by stepping into a newly created role as our Stakeholder Engagement Lead. You'll be the voice of the customer, shaping strategy and driving engagement projects that strengthen community relationships and influence organisational decisions.

As a Stakeholder Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for:

· Leading key stakeholder engagement projects and strategic initiatives.

· Acting as the internal voice of the customer to inform decisions and communications.

· Managing surveys, complaints, and insights to improve customer experience.

What you'll need

· Experience in stakeholder engagement or a similar role (Usually 2+ years).

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to think strategically and manage projects effectively.

· Proficiency in CRM systems and stakeholder management tools.

Nice to haves

· Experience in the electricity distribution or utilities industry.

· Knowledge of industry regulation and compliance.

· Strong analytical skills to turn feedback into actionable insights.
