This role offers the chance to lead all sales, marketing and business development efforts at a high-growth, innovative organisation. As Head of Commercial Strategy, you'll be at the forefront of expanding HTS-110's reach within global markets, ensuring customer adoption and building long-term partnerships.
About the organisation
HTS-110 is a New Zealand-based high-tech company developing world-leading superconducting magnet products for research, education, medical and industrial applications. The company is poised for global expansion with exciting new product launches on the horizon.
About the role
We're looking for a strategic leader to drive HTS-110's international market entry and growth. As the Head of Commercial Strategy, you will lead sales, marketing and business development efforts within multiple sectors, working closely with the executive team and board to achieve long-term objectives.
You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, identifying and securing global partnerships.
Skills and experience
We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in commercialising deep-tech or high-growth hardware technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international go-to-market planning and partnership development, particularly in STEM markets.
- Experience in deep-tech, medtech or high-growth hardware.
- Strong background in international sales and channel development.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence technical and commercial audiences.
- Track record of building scalable sales and partnership models.
