The Role
We are looking for an experienced Unqualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Bear Park Mt Eden. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac lives our Bear Park Mt Eden centre. While on the fringe of inner-city Auckland, our centre has a relaxed neighbourhood vibe, with ample outdoor space and birdsong trickling down from the tall Pūriri trees.

As part of our infants team you will work our youngest children providing nurturing and responsive care. With incredible ratios and 3 hours dedicated group planning per week, we provide a supportive and engaging environment for both our children and teachers. 

With inspiration from Reggio Emilia, our teachers have a passion for inspiring wonder, creativity, imagination and investigation, fostering children's hundred languages and unravelling their theories alongside them. We offer below regulation ratios in all of our rooms and value the important role we play in our children's lives.

To be our new teacher you will have:
* Ability to build trusting, engaging and supportive relationships with children and colleagues.
* Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia teaching philosophy.
* Compassion and patience
