Join Our Team as a Trainer – Fixed Term Opportunities Available

We're offering exciting Learning & Development roles for motivated trainers to join our team on a fixed-term basis.

Night shift positions available in Te Puke

In these hands-on roles, you'll be responsible for delivering site inductions and role-specific training to our production teams. Your goal? To ensure they fully understand Zespri grade standards and follow best-practice fruit handling procedures for grading, packing, stacking, and tray preparation.

You'll maintain a strong understanding of production line operations to carry out competency and proficiency checks, helping our teams succeed every day

What we're looking for:

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse workforce, including training employees for whom English may not be their first language.
• Confidence in presenting information to both small and large groups.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances – resilience is key
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills to meet multiple deadlines.
• Solid understanding of health and safety obligations and the ability to lead by example.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends when required.
