R Marine Flagship is New Zealand's Home of Riviera and a progressive and exciting leader in the Luxury Motor Yacht Industry.

We are searching for a motivated, positive, experienced professional to join our R Marine Flagship Riviera Family in a 'Front of House' role.  This is a client facing role and the first point of contact for our Riviera Family and R Marine Flagship clients.

Our Luxury Motor Yachts are prized possessions and are looked after at all times with the utmost care.  Our Riviera Family are very important to us and are treated with discretion and professionalism at all times whilst we ensure our family values are kept front of mind.

We are searching for that magic person for this position and to support our Sales, Marketing and Event teams.

A part from being in a 'client facing role' you will be responsible for ensuring the office is kept pristine at all times and ready in a moment's notice to host special guests. In addition all administrative functions are to be completed with a special eye for detail.

Skills required:

  • Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office – Excel.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Superb customer service with the ability to engage with clients face-to-face and via phone.
  • Diligent in an often fast paced environment where multi-tasking is necessary.
