Property Manager – Waiheke Island

We're seeking a dedicated couple to manage one of Waiheke Island's most prestigious private residential properties. This is a rare opportunity to work in a beautiful, peaceful environment, maintaining a stunning home and its surrounding grounds.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day care and maintenance of the property, including:

  • Managing the home's interior and exterior presentation
  • Maintaining the grounds, gardens, and bush areas
  • Mowing and spraying the vineyard
  • Performing general handyman, tractor, and mechanical work as needed

The combined role averages a total of around 45 hours per week over summer, reducing to approximately 20 flexible hours per week (total) during winter.

  • A practical, proactive couple with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
  • Competent in general maintenance, machinery operation, and property upkeep
  • Must be living on or willing to relocate to Waiheke Island

Package:

  • Joint salary: $80,000 per annum
