About the Role
An established and growing technology services company looking for a proactive and experienced part time/ fractional B2B Marketing Manager.
This is a hands-on role — ideal for someone returning to work or looking for a part time / fractional, long-term steady engagement with the freedom to balance strategy and execution.
You'll work closely with the owners, senior leadership team, sales, and vendor partners to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns, events, and digital content that drives real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Collateral - Own the creation of case studies, whitepapers and capability documents. Draft Social Media / LinkedIn content for executives to amplify brand presence. Adapt vendor marketing assets to align with brand messaging
Lead Nurture & CRM Automation - Segment and maintain the contact database by industry and persona. Set up nurture campaigns using Pipedrive (or similar CRM).Automate sales follow-ups and track engagement metrics
Events & Campaigns - Plan and deliver company-hosted and co-hosted events. Manage logistics for conferences and industry sponsorships. Ensure structured post-event follow-up campaigns are executed.
Digital Marketing - Run and optimise LinkedIn ads (lead gen, retargeting, sponsored posts). Collaborate with leadership on messaging, targeting, and budgets. Report on campaign metrics like CTR, CPL, and MQL conversions.
Sales Enablement - Maintain up-to-date collateral for SDRs and account managers. Create pre-meeting packs and provide light research support
Project Coordination- Oversee rollout of brand assets and content, maintain marketing calendar and coordinate deliverables. Keep internal teams informed of marketing activity and results.
About You
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (preferably in tech or professional services)
- Strong writing and editing skills — able to turn technical input into engaging content
- Experience running events and managing campaigns end-to-end
- Comfortable with CRM and marketing automation tools (Pipedrive experience a bonus)
- Data-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
