About the role

Join a dynamic and growing team at White International New Zealand Ltd as an Internal Sales Representative. This full-time position covers dealers located nationally with a focus on South Island based businesses. We are a B to B business and this is a crucial role in supporting the field based BDM's, dealer first line support and order processing for our respected ranges of water pumps, water filtration, water treatment and a growing trade portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide outstanding customer support including first line technical support.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with our dealer / distributors.
  • Process orders and follow through with excellent communications.
  • Cary out administrative tasks associated with the role and support the field team.
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager at peak times and provide backup.

What we're looking for

  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Is self motivated, a problem solver and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and good time management.
  • Able to multi task and enjoys working to deadlines.
  • Passion for excellence and customer service focused with professionalism.
  • Have used computer based systems in previous role
  • Has worked in an environment where other team members are remote.
  • Has a technical aptitude (sound pump or water treatment knowledge)
