Botswana Butchery is arguably one of the best Restaurants in Queenstown We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our high performing team in Queenstown.

Located in Queenstown's historic Archer's Cottage with spectacular lake views and signature roaring log fires inside and out, Botswana Butchery is one of Queenstown's most stylish and busiest restaurants.

Good Group Hospitality is an established and expanding hospitality business with venues located in Auckland and Queenstown.

With award brands like Botswana Butchery, White + Wong's and Harbourside Ocean Bar Grill we pride ourselves on providing premium fun dining experiences to the thousands of guests that visit each year. We also do our best to ensure that our staff stand out from the rest, are enthusiastic and have the ability and passion to consistently exceed our customer expectations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a kitchen environment
  • Current NZ working rights
  • The ability to work calmly when under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work on all sections
  • Passion for food

Duties involved will include:

  • To oversee and maintain a section in the Good Group Hospitality Ltd kitchen.
  • Consistency through all sections in the kitchen.
  • Maintain a high standard of food.
  • Training of chefs.
  • Maintain food costs.
  • Ability to work on all sections
  • Excellent communication
