We're ready to expand further in 2026 with skilled Resourcers that have the ability to support sourcing candidates, telephone screening, arranging interviews, market mapping, system admin, social media marketing, and various ad-hoc projects.

Based in the B:Hive (literally voted best office in the world, officially) on the North shore, (you will be going against the traffic if coming from the other side) it will be a fun-filled role with loads of laughter, learning, success, and celebrating. We're passionate about seeing our people kick goals in life - there is a clearly identified career progression plan that shows a transparent path all the way to Manager or Principal Consultant depending on where your passion lies. We don't take ourselves too seriously and support each other on the roller coaster of recruitment.

Working closely with our Divisional Manager and team, you will:

• Headhunt and screen candidates and arrange face-to-face interviews
• Deliver suitable candidate shortlists for each role assigned
• Consistently be involved in placing candidates each month
• Manage job advertisements, and make sure job boards are kept up to date
• Prepare CVs for clients, including candidate summaries
• Update content weekly across our social media channels, blog and newsletter
• Map the market and grow the candidate and client database
• Manage competing priorities to deliver results

You'll need:

• Keen organisational skills and an eye for detail
• Capability of working at pace and volume
• Experience in a previous sales role is a must
• Exceptional communication skills; able to think on your feet and build great rapport with ease
• High measure of drive, energy and engagement
• A down-to-earth, get-stuck-in approach and sense of humour – ability to have a laugh is key
