About the Role

You'll be an essential part of our clinical support team, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient care for our patients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Chairside assisting with procedures including check-ups, fillings, orthodontics, surgery, IV sedation and more
  • Maintaining strict cross-infection protocols and sterilising dental instruments
  • Supporting laboratory tasks and handling materials
  • Assisting with administrative duties, stock control, and reception as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Dental Assistant (1+ year preferred)
  • Strong work ethic – reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence
  • Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – friendly, empathetic, and team-oriented
  • Computer literate and confident using dental software
  • Quick to learn, proactive, and eager to continue developing professionally
  • A great sense of humour and ability to thrive in a busy, people-focused environment
