About the role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Azena Suites & Apartments in Saint Albans Canterbury.

As a Casual Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and clean stay.

This position is essential in maintaining the high standards of our hospitality establishment.

What you'll be doing

  • Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking supplies
  • Laundry works including washing, drying and folding towels etc.
  • Dust, vacuum, and sanitise all surfaces in guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues or supply needs
  • Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as needed
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest requests

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or similar hospitality role
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A positive, friendly, and hardworking attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • A Vehicle as we travel to other properties nearby time to time.
