We are seeking a highly productive, entrepreneurial, and self-driven Founding Engineer to be pivotal to R&D of our agentic AI platform. What You'll Do

• Build Foundational Systems: Develop and deploy the core AI-driven services that power our automated diagram and architecture decision solutions.
• Solve Hard Technical Problems: Tackle complex R&D challenges involving legacy code comprehension, fine tuning AI models, large-scale data processing, and improving system performance and scalability.
• Define Technical Roadmap: Drive the technical vision, contributing significantly to technology choices, architectural patterns, and best practices.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of features from conceptualisation and technical design through to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Help Shape Our Culture: Actively contribute to refining product direction and establishing the engineering values, processes, and standards for a rapidly growing team.
• Experiment with Cutting-Edge AI: Explore and integrate the latest advancements in LLMs and reinforcement learning to enhance our core offerings.

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional Software Engineering Acumen: Deep expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., ReactJS, TypeScript, NodeJS) and experience building and deploying scalable, robust software.
• Experience in Domain Driven Design, Event Driven Architecture and GraphQL will be advantageous
• Database Expertise: Good understanding of graph and NoSql database design, optimisation, and data modeling for complex applications.
• Problem-Solving at Scale: A relentless drive to identify and solve incredibly challenging technical problems with elegant and efficient solutions.
• Product & Business Acumen: Ability to translate high-level business goals into technical requirements and understand the commercial impact of engineering decisions.
• Comfort with Ambiguity & Risk: Thrive in the dynamic, fast-paced, and often unpredictable environment of an early-stage startup, embracing changing priorities and resource constraints.
• Entrepreneurial Drive: Passionate about building a company from the ground up, taking initiative, and wearing multiple hats.
