We're working with a fast-growing installation and cladding company in Christchurch that's bringing new people into their high-performing team. If you're motivated, hands-on, and want to build a long-term career — not just take another job — this is a great opportunity.

They're looking for Carpenters with experience on commercial or residential sites, who can work confidently at heights and support installation work to a high standard.

This role starts ASAP for a week pre-Christmas, then continues full-time from early January. Permanent opportunities are available for the right person.

What we need from you:

  • Proven carpentry or installation experience
  • Current Heights & Harness and/or EWP
  • Strong attention to detail and safe working practices
  • Good communication and teamwork
  • Willingness to learn, progress, and take pride in your work
  • If you bring cross-over skills (cladding, installation, fabrication), even better

What you'll be doing:

  • Installation and cladding work across commercial and residential sites
  • Working safely at heights and operating EWP equipment where required
  • Supporting fabrication and on-site assembly tasks
  • Contributing to a positive, high-performing team environment
  • Liaising with supervisors and project staff to keep work flowing smoothly
