We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Property Assistant – Building Maintenance to join our Property Team, helping us deliver the high standards and care we're known for across our beautiful Epsom campus.
This is a full time, 12-month fixed term contract.
Mō te tūranga: About the role
• Assist in the maintenance, repair, and care of school buildings and facilities
• Carry out general property maintenance tasks using a wide range of tools and equipment
• Work collaboratively with our property staff to ensure a safe, well-presented, and functional environment for students and staff
• Apply practical problem-solving skills to fix issues to a high-quality standard
Ngā pūkenga me whai: We're looking for someone with
• Property maintenance, trade skills, or relevant hands-on experience
• Strong problem-solving ability and a high standard of workmanship
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• A flexible, customer-focused, and friendly approach
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness to perform a variety of manual tasks
• A clean New Zealand driver's licence
• A good command of the English language
This role is well-suited to someone starting out in building maintenance or a tradesperson looking for a stable, rewarding role maintaining architecturally designed buildings in a beautiful campus environment.
