Whether you're an experienced Clinical Nurse Leader ready to expand your influence, or a skilled Theatre Nurse looking to step into your first formal leadership role — this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a hospital known for clinical excellence, innovation, and exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a talented team of Theatre Nurses and professionals.
- Oversee daily theatre operations, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient service delivery.
- Mentor & coach staff to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with Surgeons, Anaesthetists, & Clinical Leaders to deliver world-class surgical care.
- Drive innovation, teamwork, & continuous improvement.
About You
You're a confident, capable, and compassionate Registered Nurse who:
- Holds a current NZ Nursing Council practising certificate
- Has at least 3 years' theatre experience (public or private)
- Brings strong coordination, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Communicates clearly and thrives in a dynamic environment
- Brings a positive, proactive, and professional approach every day
