Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a talented team of Theatre Nurses and professionals.
  • Oversee daily theatre operations, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient service delivery.
  • Mentor & coach staff to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with Surgeons, Anaesthetists, & Clinical Leaders to deliver world-class surgical care.
  • Drive innovation, teamwork, & continuous improvement.

About You

You're a confident, capable, and compassionate Registered Nurse who:

  • Holds a current NZ Nursing Council practising certificate
  • Has at least 3 years' theatre experience (public or private)
  • Brings strong coordination, leadership, and teamwork skills
  • Communicates clearly and thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Brings a positive, proactive, and professional approach every day
