The Role – Assistant Store Manager (Sunday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Saturday) - 40 hours per week

  • Owning sales and performance targets, motivating the team to achieve and exceed expectations.
  • Ensuring customers feel genuinely welcomed, understood, and inspired with every visit.
  • Support your Sore Manager in overseeing store presentation, stock management, and day-to-day operations.
  • Problem-solving with a solutions-focused mindset and adapting to challenges with resilience.
  • Fostering a one-team approach, jumping in wherever needed and leading by example.
