Aluminium Joinery Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team in East Tamaki, Auckland

In this role you will be liaising with customers regularly to deliver competitive tenders. With no two days / projects the same you will be exposed to a wide variety of commercial and large residential construction projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Review drawings, plans and specifications
• Prepare accurate and timely quotes for aluminium windows and doors using X1 Fairview Software
• Prepare tender responses to meet closing deadlines
• Liaise with architects, clients, suppliers and our internal sales team
• Support site measures and production coordination
• Maintain accurate job files and documentation

The ideal candidate:

• Strong understanding of the window and door industry
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail and computer skills
• Exceptional organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Excellent communication and a proactive, "can-do" attitude
