Platinum Recruitment is excited to partner with Zeagold Nutrition bringing to market the newly created financial role of Management Accountant.

About Zeagold:

Zeagold Foods is New Zealand's leading producer of eggs and egg products all while staying based out of a Dunedin based head office. Zeagold's products are now exported globally in their quest to provide the best egg products in the world.

About the role:

Zeagold through strong growth have created a new role of Management Accountant within their finance structure (reporting through to the Finance Manager).

The Management Accountant will be responsible for providing financial

analysis and recommendations to support informed decision-making and

drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities of the role include;

  • Monthly business reporting
  • Costing analysis & variance
  • Analysis of financial results
  • Performance reporting
  • Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure
  • Develop & manage financial systems.

About the successful candidate:

Zeagold is a commercially focused business operating in a complex fast moving industry. Holding a Tertiary qualification in accounting / finance along with demonstrated commercial experience would be a really good starting point.

Zeagold's finance team value natural problem solvers who can identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyse information skillfully, and maintain confidentiality.

An affinity for IT & BI systems / tools is also a big advantage.

We are open to both full time & part-time working options for this role.
