Clinic Administrator/Receptionist – Motus Ashburton

We are active people who want to keep people active and so we are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to provide high-quality customer service and administrative support for our Clinic team at Ashburton.
Motus Ashburton is a thriving Physiotherapy clinic servicing a Mid Canterbury district. Our Physio clinic is purposefully designed to meet the needs of this population. Currently we have seven physiotherapists, two foot hygienists, a Falls Prevention Facilitator and two clinic administrators. We have an 11-room clinic with an onsite rehabilitation gym.
The Clinic Administrator/Receptionist is key to the positive and warm welcome that each patient receives and links us to our community. To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a friendly, flexible approach with a proven commitment to excellence in customer service. Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly is important along with a high level of attention to detail. This role is permanent part-time for a total of 48.75 paid hours per fortnight (week 1 at 20 hours and Week 2 at 28.75 hours) plus unpaid meal breaks: The hours of work are:
o Monday 12.30pm-6.15pm
o Tuesday 7.45am-12.30pm
o Wednesday 11.30am-6.15pm
o Thursday 7.45am-12.30pm
o Alternative Fridays 7.45am-5pm
