Location: Auckland Distribution Centre

Status: Permanent Full-Time

Are you ready to take the next step in your warehousing career? We're looking for a motivated and experienced Leading Hand to join our day shift team at our Auckland Distribution Centre. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide and support team members while ensuring operational excellence in your designated area.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead by example on the warehouse floor, allocating tasks and supervising daily operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, acting as the first point of contact.
  • Ensure quality standards are met, including BRCGS compliance.
  • Promote safety-first practices and support WHS responsibilities.
  • Coach team members and support their development.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with our company values.

What You'll Bring:

  • AP accreditation (MPI Container Certification)
  • Valid Forklift License
  • Experience in warehouse operations and team leadership
  • Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
