We're seeking a proactive and commercially minded Customer Success Executive to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you'll nurture key customer relationships, drive product adoption, and help shape how AI-powered solutions enhance the customer experience. You'll be the bridge between our clients and our technology — ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth as we scale our platform and expand our impact.
You'll be required to:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and needs assessments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Champion the adoption of AI-enabled tools and insights to improve user engagement and operational efficiency.
- Proactively resolve customer issues, ensuring solutions align with Manage My Health's evolving product suite.
- Generate weekly reports on account management activities, pipeline, and key metrics — using data and AI insights to drive decision-making.
- Represent Manage My Health at industry events, webinars, conferences, and user groups to promote engagement and visibility.
- Adhere to ISO and ISMS policies, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements and procedures.
You will be someone who is:
- Proven experience in account management and/or sales, ideally within the healthcare, SaaS, or technology sector.
- An interest in digital health innovation and the role of AI in transforming patient care and engagement.
- A pragmatic, responsive, and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and perform under pressure.
- Commercial acumen and a passion for helping customers succeed through technology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-evolving AI-driven health ecosystem.
