We're seeking an dedicated and design-focused Sales Consultant to join our close-knit Grey Lynn team. If you have a love for interiors and homewares, proven retail experience, and take pride in delivering thoughtful, personalised service, this is an opportunity to join a growing brand.

We are a small, hands-on team that thrives on collaboration, initiative, and attention to detail. You'll play a part in delivering warm, inspiring showroom experiences for our customers, while also supporting the day-to-day tasks that keep the space running smoothly – from unpacking and presenting new arrivals, ales follow-up and admin, to keeping displays beautifully maintained.

What You'll Do

  • Provide attentive, design-focused customer service
  • Guide customers through the sales process with care and professionalism
  • Manage admin tasks such as quotes, orders, and follow-up communication
  • Assist with showroom presentation, stock management, and merchandising
  • Receiving and preparing stock for the showroom​
  • Contribute to personal and team sales goals

Who You Are

  • Experienced in retail (interiors or design-related experience an advantage)
  • Comfortable working in a small, supportive team where everyone pitches in
  • Proactive, reliable, and confident taking initiative
  • A clear and confident communicator (verbal and written)
  • Genuinely interested in homewares and interiors
  • Motivated to meet goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences

This is a permanent part-time role based in our Grey Lynn showroom.

Standard work days are Sunday and Monday, however availability for other casual days as required would be advantageous to your application.
