ROLE SUMMARY:
We're looking for a dynamic Head of Admissions (Enrolments Manager) to lead enrolment growth at ACG Sunderland. This is a people-focused and relationship-driven role, responsible for achieving student enrolment targets while delivering an exceptional experience for families from enquiry to enrolment.

ACG Sunderland is a private school in Henderson, West Auckland, delivering rewarding educational pathways and exceptional international education to children in the West Auckland locale. As a highly-ranked private school in New Zealand, we are academically focused and values-driven, remaining anchored in our local heritage. At our school, students are empowered to fulfil their potential in the classroom and beyond. Our approach has led to us establishing an impressive reputation as one of the leading schools in Auckland for student outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive enrolments across Primary and College by meeting or exceeding targets
  • Build strong relationships with parents, community partners, and feeder schools
  • Lead and support marketing initiatives (Open Days, expos, parent evenings)
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular enrolment reporting
  • Collaborate with school leadership, staff, and marketing to drive student retention and growth
  • Foster marketing opportunities with community groups

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Strong communication with proven sales/marketing/account management experience
  • A passion for education and a commitment to outstanding customer care
  • Confidence in building networks and engaging with the local community
  • An organised, proactive approach, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Professionalism, polish, and be a true "people person"
  • A current New Zealand driver's licence
