You'll join a group of around fifty planners, surveyors, geotechnical and structural engineers. It's the kind of setup that gives you visibility across every stage of a project, and the support to deliver smart, practical solutions without red tape.

This consultancy has built one of the most trusted reputations across the Bay of Plenty and the Central North Island.

You won't be waiting for work or stuck behind bureaucracy. You'll shape everything from large greenfield and rural developments to commercial and community projects that actually make a difference.

You'll work closely with the Civil Director, mentoring others in Civil 3D and civil design while staying hands-on yourself. You'll help younger engineers refine, troubleshoot, and build confidence, seeing their growth through your input.
