Are you skilled at making sound credit decisions and building strong business relationships? As a Business Adviser Manager, you'll use your delegated lending authority (DLA) to deliver timely, high-quality credit decisions across home loans, personal lending, and business/commercial applications. You'll work closely with our adviser partners to structure lending solutions that meet customer needs.

Your ability to guide and support credit applications will help manage expectations and ensure a consistent flow of quality lending to Kiwibank. If you're passionate about delivering credit solutions and enjoy fostering professional partnerships, this role is for you.

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, so you'll need to approach challenges with composure and efficiency without compromising on quality.

  • Strong practical experience in credit analysis and risk assessment, particularly within business and commercial lending
  • Relationship management skills, with a commitment to helping our clients achieve their business growth goals
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills, with a focus on building trust and adding value
  • Proven experience in Commercial or business banking and how it contributes to community and business growth and its place in the community
